Thai Yoga Massage
Combines compression and active and/or passive stretching to lengthen muscles and improve range of motion.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point massage therapy releases taut muscle fibers with compression, vibration and stretching the muscle through range of motion.
Heated Bamboo
Heat penetrates deep into the muscles to sooth and release tension in the body. Bamboo helps deliver amazing pressure.
Ashiatsu
Deep compression and long, gliding strokes - using my feet!
I'll be seated on a stool during part of your session to allow excellent pressure control.
Cupping
Cups are applied to the skin to create suction.
Cupping increases blood circulation and relieves muscle tension.
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue techniques reach deeper layers of muscles to alleviate pain. Reaching deeper layers of muscle does not always mean deeper pressure, but uses different techniques to access muscles in hard to reach areas.
